I tell you one thing's for sure — I sure as hell like big green days in the markets rather than kick-in-the-nuts red candle days.
But anymore, I'm literally immune to the market's whimsical ups and downs.
I've lost six figures within 24 hours. I've lost substantial amounts of money in hours. And I really believe this is super good for a real deal investor.
It's the same thing with entrepreneurship. It's part of the tuition.
You're better off getting beat the fuck up, losing and failing over and over again, until you've built up the immune system and the calluses.
Because once you stop reacting emotionally — that's when you're ready to play the game.
Anymore, I don't really give a fuck. I could lose it all tomorrow. All my businesses could collapse. All my properties could be set on fire.
And sure, it will suck a little bit. But it won't change a single atom in my being.
I can make it all back. I can do something completely different. There's really nothing that's going to get me down.
I've built myself this way. This didn't happen by accident.
The Cheap Seats
Most everybody plays it safe. They fear looking like a fucking fool and a failure. They're terrified of what other people are going to think of them.
And it should be self-evident that everyone in the cheap seats is never in a position to judge anybody.
So why would anybody give one fuck about what anybody in the nosebleed seats has to say about anything?
I could have a stadium full of normies laughing and pointing the finger and calling me every name in the book. And it wouldn't phase me.
But for most people, it would cripple them. Many people would commit suicide because they couldn't handle all the people laughing at them.
And this is exactly what a man has to get over:
- The fear of failure
- The fear of ridicule
- The fear of the unknown
- The fear of what other people are going to think
Fuck all these people and the horse they rode in on.
You can love the ever-loving hell out of these people. You can always want the best for them. You can go out of your way to provide the most value, to be considerate and cordial to strangers and to people you have nothing in common with.
But you should never give one fuck about what any of them think about you.
They can never give you what they never had in the first place.
And society at large is sick and twisted and unconscious and greatly full of shit to begin with — so why even give them a second of your consideration?
The Flip Side
But here's the flip side of that coin too.
You can't just go through life not objectively receiving and contemplating critical and authentic feedback.
If a hundred people believe you're an asshole, chances are you're a fucking asshole.
So it is good practice to give counsel to the people that:
- Have the capability and critical thinking skills to provide valuable feedback
- Are in a place to be objective
- Have your best interest at heart
Doesn't do any good getting feedback or criticism from people that are ignorant and dumb as shit, or have never done it before, or even worse — the people that have a chip on their shoulder and want to put you in your place.
What good is their fucking commentary?
That's right. It ain't worth jack shit.
The Treasure
So what in this world is actually worth a shit? What is this great treasure and pearl the ancients spoke of?
I will tell you exactly what it is.
It's an authentic relationship with your authentic self.
It's being precisely what you are and occupying your rightful place at the table of life.
It's being here with it all — the good, the bad, and the motherfucking ugly — and never running away from it. Making a stand. Never giving up. Always grinding and figuring yourself out to higher states of resolution.
This is what it truly means to be a good human being. Which is also to be a fully developed human being.
The Nature of Intelligence
And this is what all of this is about — including all of our technology and all of this intelligence.
What is the nature of intelligence?
The nature of intelligence is to put the dots together so you can see a more coherent and crystal clear picture of what is actually here.
The definition of evil, if there ever was one:
To disconnect and obfuscate and confuse. To bring about a low resolution so that you can prey and feast upon those none the wiser.
And that's what this entire system is structured and predicated upon.
Predator and prey. Master and slave.
And I'm willing to bet you are no master and you are no predator, my friend.
