The Reckoning

It is pretty nuts and I'm not sure how it's going to work out for most people.

I'm just reviewing some reports over the newest leaked release from Claude Mythos — an absolutely insane upgrade from Opus, which is already incredible.

Here's the thing that is quite troubling though.

The Cost of Intelligence

It is already extremely expensive to run an agent on Opus. And I've experimented with every LLM below the Opus standard — I don't care what any dipshit dork has to say — if you can't produce Opus-level performance, you're just wasting your time.

A person can easily spend $100 to $500 every day. In a normal course of developing, you're going to easily spend about $6,000 a month.

Mythos is going to be even more expensive and will only be reserved for the top-level users.

The Great Divide

Again, this is going to be an example where the divide between the haves and have-nots is going to exponentially widen — and this time, faster than anything else.

It's already hard enough for regular high-income earners to pay for access. But it's just going to keep getting more and more expensive and only into the hands of the reserved chosen few.

AI and the utilization of agentic ecosystems already gives the individual and the enterprise a huge advantage over all the dipshits that willingly choose not to utilize these tools.

It's always baffled me how the common normie willingly chooses to be a lazy imbecile over technology innovations like this. They always say the same dumbass things, and they keep getting left further and further and further behind.

And this time there is no coming back. But they don't realize that because they're really just too ignorant.

The Isolation

The shitty thing for me is I literally cannot talk about this with anybody.

Not my own family. Not any of my friends. Not the rest of the people that fancy themselves really smart and educated.

These types of people are so programmed into their unconscious routines and bullshit narratives that it is nearly impossible to break through.

While they talk about the most cliché and boring bullshit under the sun, anytime I have anything to say it's more like: "Don't get Marc going..."

They never listen. They're too wrapped up in their own inner dialogue that repeats on cycle through endless loop. Same clichés. Same ideologies. Same resentment and bias. An eternal loop of psychic chatter.

The Titanic

So it's kind of like watching the Titanic sink from the top of a mountain.

And no matter how much you try, they're still partying and carrying on as if the water's not already rushing in.

And it's always been this way.

The Forge

I used to let it get me down. It used to greatly upset and alienate me. And it still does to a degree.

But more than anything else, I am tremendously grateful that this is the case.

It forged me into what I am today. And I wouldn't trade places with anybody. I really like and enjoy what I have become — whether or not anybody else does. That's their issue, I guess.

Funny thing is though: When shit gets real, I'm the first motherfucker they call on.

The Reckoning

This world is going to get so fucked up — so crazy chaotic before the Golden Era — that it is simply going to wipe out a great portion of all these unconscious drones that have been going through the motions for their entire existence.

I have been saying this for decades: Mankind is about to get its reckoning.

You can fool some people sometime, but you can't fool all the people all the time.

And we can bitch and complain about how everything's not fair — but it won't mean fuck all.

You got to figure it out regardless.

The Last Man Standing

I will be talking my shit right here until the motherfucking cows come home.

I will be the last man standing even if there's not a single soul receptive to the call.
