People are so programmed to hear exactly what they want to hear. And most people, if you observe correctly, you'll see that they're tap dancing around each other telling each other what they want to hear.
And this is where I get into trouble with folks.
It's not as if I don't tap dance with people — I don't know what I would do if I couldn't — but I rarely participate in shenanigans and bullshit.
With regards to your large language models and overall agentic companions: instead of letting them tell you what you want to hear, make it excruciatingly difficult to do so.
People need to hear the truth. The ruthless, heart of the motherfucking matter.
It comes down to this: What are you fucking here for?
You want to indulge in delusion after delusion and falsehood after falsehood and fabrication after fabrication?
Or do you want to formulate a coherent and crystal clear image within your mind's eye of exactly and precisely what the truth looks like?
