It's like this... Systems are everything.
You manage systems and you lead people.
The most ineffective people are the ones that convince themselves that people need to be managed and therefore manage the people over the process, the system itself.
Having sound systems are by far and away the best things to have around when all hell breaks loose and chaos reigns.
If you have a sound system and you go out on a limb, you take a chance and all hell breaks loose, at least you have a platform. Something to come back to. To build upon or start from.
A clearly articulated objective — what does success actually look like? A target. And a clearly articulated step by step roadmap on how to get there.
What does success look like, what does it take to get there, and repeat the pattern.
Most people operate without any systems whatsoever. Fuckers out here just winging it.
Here's the funny thing about the kind of people that wing it: they always justify the context no matter what the outcome to self-suit a personal narrative.
Unconscious people don't utilize or think they need systems because of their nature — their systems are already operating for them. It's kind of the nature of consciousness itself.
If you are not conscious that there are all these systems all around you, that work in a particular fashion for a particular outcome... The Cosmos is a system. Our human body composed of organs is a system. Everything has a well-ordered system.
If you are not conscious of how your internal psychological systems actually work, and how other people's media and other forces can hijack your mental functioning to greatly suppress your ability to do X, Y, and Z...
It always comes down to transmutation. Turning something ignorant into the light of conscientiousness.
For example, take the genome.
Human beings were once ignorant to the genetic code found within all biological enterprise. While it was there the entire time, human beings were ignorant across the board to this fact.
At some point a human mind had to initiate the desire and imagining necessary to penetrate the unknown in order to pull out that which was there and well ordered the entire time. From darkness to the light of day.
And once we were able to identify that particular system, once we were conscious of the human genetic system, then we were able to begin working with it in a much more meaningful and productive fashion — simply because we have moved it into the light where we can work with it.
I will keep saying this until the day I depart this body: We can only work with the truth, ladies and gentlemen.
Not half truth. Not little white lies. I mean the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
We can work with the truth. We can actually get somewhere.
And I'll tell you one thing: your bullshit personal narrative that you keep telling yourself and everybody else is not the motherfucking truth.
That's one thing you can rest assured. One thing you can bet your bottom dollar on.
You got to be here in order to identify divine order. Without the variable of you. Without the capital of You. The magickal formula will render itself impotent and irrelevant.
This is the secret that's not so secret from the ancient and esoteric teachings: The most essential variable in the equation is you.
You — when you actually show UP.
When two mindful people interact, the overwhelming probability is that they will get somewhere in their conversation. If the two people bring themselves to being present, and are focusing on the relevant elements in the interaction, it's damn near impossible for the two not to exalt the interaction.
But when personas are involved — when scripts, and routines, and a person's programming gets involved — you can forget about it. You aren't going anywhere. It's just wheel spinning, and game playing, and justifying a bullshit narrative.
Systems are everything.
It is wise to break down your life into simple systems.
It is wise to look to nature and to self-evident experience as to what happens when things around you are brought to proper order — and what happens when things fall out of proper order.
Identify the systems. Work on the systems. Develop the systems. Modify and enhance the systems as necessary.
Build yourself a roadmap and a toolkit. Learn the language.
When you are able to work with the truth, there is nothing you cannot do. But it all begins within the mind itself.
Your limitation is your imagination and relationship with what actually is.
Manage systems. Lead people.
